Creamy Lemon Popsicles
On a hot summer day, these creamy lemon popsicles are the perfect way to cool off. They are just the right amount of sweet and sour, with a lemon flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions:
Sugar, heavy cream, lemon zest, and sweetened condensed milk should all be mixed together well in a bowl
Put the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for them to rise
Place a popsicle stick in each mold
Freeze for at least six hours, or until the cheese is set
Run warm water over the outside of the mold for a short time to loosen it up and then take the popsicles out of it
