Super Immune Boosting Smoothie
The turmeric, ginger, berries, and spinach in this Super Immune Boosting Smoothie are full of nutrients and antioxidants. It's a tasty and healthy way to help your immune system.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
In a blender, mix all the ingredients together
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
If you want to make it less sweet, you can add maple syrup
For a colder consistency, you can add ice cubes
Pour into glasses and serve right away
