No Bake Pineapple Cheesecake Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
Put graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and mix them together
Mix until the crumbs are covered all over
The crust is made by putting the graham cracker mixture on the bottom of serving glasses or jars
Beat cream cheese until it's smooth in a different bowl
Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar and keep beating until everything is well mixed
Add whipped cream and mix it in until the cheesecake filling is light and airy
Put some of the cheesecake filling on top of the graham cracker crust in each glass
Add some crushed pineapple on top of the cheesecake layer
Repeat the layers until the glasses are full
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to finish
Add toasted coconut flakes as a garnish
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours to let the flavors mix
Enjoy! Serve cold
