Keto Meatballs in Instant Pot
Delicious and easy keto meatballs made in the Instant Pot. These low-carb and gluten-free meatballs are perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley, heavy cream, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter
Pour marinara sauce into the Instant Pot
Carefully place the meatballs into the sauce in the Instant Pot
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes
Once cooking is complete, perform a quick pressure release
Serve the meatballs over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles
Garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley if desired
