Amazingly Easy Meatless Quiche



This quiche recipe doesn't call for meat and is easy to make. It's great for breakfast, brunch, or even a quick dinner during the week. It's sure to please your taste buds because it's full of tasty vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup diced vegetables e

  • , bell peppers, onions, spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheese e
  • g
  • , cheddar, mozzarella
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C

Put the pie crust in a pie dish or quiche pan that has been greased

The diced vegetables should be cooked in a skillet for about 5 minutes, or until they get soft

Allow them to cool a bit

Evenly cover the pie crust with the sauted vegetables and cheese shreds

Add the milk, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, and garlic powder to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk

Put the vegetables and cheese in the pie crust, and then pour the egg mix on top of them

The quiche should be baked in a hot oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it is set and the top is lightly browned

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes

Then cut it into pieces and serve
