Greek Salad



A refreshing and healthy Greek salad with only seven ingredients. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of diced cucumbers
  • 2 cups of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

Instructions:

Put olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl

To make the dressing, mix olive oil and red wine vinegar in a small bowl with a whisk

Add the dressing to the salad and toss it around to cover it all

Add some broken up feta cheese on top

Serve right away and enjoy!
